The group meets for a walk outdoor a month, We normally have our walks on the third weekend of each month, normally a Sunday. The walks are organised by members and those choosing to participate are required to take care of their own safety.

A club level of fitness is required and the walks tend to be around 6 to 8 miles in length in open countryside. Walking boots and warm, waterproof clothing are essential for most walks.
